Palm Coast - It's not too late to join the Mayor's 90/90 Challenge and be committed to a healthy you. The challenge is designed to motivate residents into leading a healthier lifestyle and embrace a fitness routine.
As part of the challenge, move at least a mile a day for the 90 days from Jan. 4 to April 3. You can choose your own form of exercise and complete it anywhere in Palm Coast or Flagler County. Log your miles or minutes of activity performed at www.palmcoastconnect.com and share your progress along the way on social media using #Mayors9090 and #ConnectToFitness.
In addition to completing the challenge solo, you can create a team to help stay motivated, encourage accountability, and achieve your fitness goals while having fun with friends.
