Palm Coast - The 2020 City of Palm Coast Communications Survey officially begins Sunday, Nov. 1, and runs until Thursday, Dec. 31.

The 11-question survey is designed to gauge and improve the effectiveness of City communications to residents to help them stay informed. The City wants to better understand how residents are receiving information so it can bridge gaps in coverage and help build a more unified, engaged community.

The survey can be taken online at or in-person at a number of City facilities (City Hall, Community Center, Palm Harbor Golf Club and Palm Coast Tennis Center).

Residents will also see printed materials, such as fliers, posters, business cards or newsletters throughout Palm Coast featuring the 2020 Communications Survey QR code that can be scanned in seconds using most smartphones. This QR code will take residents directly to the survey where it can be completed in just a few minutes.

Residents must log-in to Palm Coast Connect to complete the survey or provide contact information if completing in-person to help us ensure the accuracy of the feedback the community is providing. If you currently do not have an account on Palm Coast Connect, please visit and sign up today.

The 2020 Communications Survey will lead directly into the 2021 Citizen Survey, which begins Jan. 1, 2021. The results gathered from the Communications Survey will help your City more effectively distribute the Citizen Survey to residents. The Citizen Survey is one of the most impactful ways our residents can make their voices heard, as responses are assessed by City staff and City Council. The results will ultimately help guide the direction of your City, relating to capital projects, development, street lighting and more.

The City of Palm Coast greatly appreciates the feedback of residents and looks forward to hearing your voices.
