Palm Coast - Interested in playing ball? Come out and show your skills in the Adult Basketball League! The 5v5 basketball league plays an 8-week series of games with the top five teams making the playoffs. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and make friends in the community while participating in physical fitness.
Here's how it works: The 5-person team will have to register as a group. The team captain will register the team and have complete control of the roster. To participate, the team must be registered by May 31 through www.parksandrec.fun/athletics. All players must bring their ID for proof of identification.
The league will play from June 3-July 24 on Mondays and Wednesdays either at 7 p.m., 8 p.m. or 9 p.m. at Buddy Taylor Middle School, located at 4500 Belle Terre Pkwy.
Early registration is happening now through May 21. The fee is $400 for the 5-person team, which breaks down to be $80 per person. Regular registration is May 22-31 and the fee then will be $440, which breaks down to be $88 per person.
Compete for the title of league champions and win a championship T-shirt, medal, and $100 voucher off the next tournament (must be redeemed within the year).
