The city of Palm Coast is seeking applications from its citizens to serve as a member on the Planning and Land Development Regulation Board.
The Planning and Land Development Regulation Board generally meets the third Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Wing of City Hall, 160 Lake Avenue.
The PLDRB is designated as the local planning agency pursuant to Florida Statute. The PLDRB is responsible for recommending, to the City Council, land development regulations, which complement the Comprehensive Plan and reviewing land development regulation or amendments thereto for consistency with the adopted plan. Alternates Members serve on the Board and may participate in the discussion but only allowed to vote when a regular member is absent. The member will be completing a term which ends on September 2020.
