Palm Coast - July is filled with a fun, full schedule of special events and activities brought to you by Palm Coast Parks & Recreation at Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool, 339 Parkview Drive, Palm Coast.

Join Parks & Recreation for the Dive-In Movies featuring "Spider-Man: Homecoming" (PG-13). Friday, July 20, come enjoy the movies on the big screen while floating around in the pool. Entrance will open at 8 p.m., and the movie will begin about 8:30 p.m. Admission is $1 for seniors/youth and $2 for adults at the front gate the night of the event. Please note this event allows a maximum of 350 people in the facility and a maximum of 149 in the water. More info:

The Mini Triathlon

Want to get the kids out of the house and get active? Come to Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool and participate in the Mini Triathlon Challenge that will take place all throughout July. Swim, bike, run and help us complete "the challenge" with a Sprint Triathlon. Sessions will take place on Sundays from 10 - 11 a.m. Kids 8 - 17 years old are welcome to compete. It is $20 per session which includes free swim after completion. Register for the sessions listed below:

Frieda's Festive Fridays

Come to Frieda's Festive Fridays at Frieda's Zamba Swimming Pool, 339 Parkview Drive, Palm Coast, and join our staff with these monthly fun, games and activities starting 5:30 - 7:15 p.m. Friday, July 13. The last Frieda's Festive Friday will be Aug. 10. Each Friday will include a new activity free with paid pool admission.

Summer Pool Party and BBQ

The fun continues with the Summer Pool Party and BBQ! Hot dogs, swimming, kayaking and log rolling are just some of the activities that will be a part of the summer fun. There will also be prizes available for each activity. This event will take place on Sunday, July 15, from noon - 2 p.m. at Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool, 339 Parkview Drive, Palm Coast. Admission is half-priced.
