Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Resolution 2013-10, Water and Sewer Capacity Fees, an increase in fees shall take effect November 28, 2016. The water and sewer capacity fees are increasing due to an annual indexed adjustment. The new fee schedule is shown below under Impact and Development Fees.

  • Drafting and Maintenance of the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations
  • Review of Development Plans and Issuing Development Orders
  • Review, Processing, and Monitoring of other Development-related applications

The Planning & Zoning Division has responsibility for reviewing and approving applications for development of various types. Those reviews and approvals are governed by the City's approved Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Code, Future Land Use Map, Zoning Map and State Law and Regulations.
