How do I make changes/revisions ?
- If you need to make changes, regardless whether the permit is issued yet or not, a revision form will need to accompany your documents.
- If you submitted electronically, you will resubmit your document electronically through the same portal.
- If you submitted manually, you must continue through the manual submittal process.
- All revisions/documents submitted via email are to be separate pages, do not send as one large file.
