The Senior Systems Analyst - (Salesforce) will lead the ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce environment. They will work closely with our research & development team to help employees identify the most effective software solutions for their needs and enhance pertinent business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem or adaptable software. Candidates should possess broad knowledge of customizing Salesforce, regularly configuring the platform, managing users, and look for ways to utilize features and capabilities. They will be responsible for the executing of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. Must possess (2) years of experience serving in the capacity as a Sales Force Administrator. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED. Prefers candidates that possess a Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification.
