City of Palm Coast, Community Development Department is seeking a Planner/Senior Planner to join their team. The position involves professional work in current planning to serve as planning reviewer and project manager for commercial, multi-family, subdivision and other land use development applications and special projects. Palm Coast is a quickly developing master planned City that was incorporated just 20 years ago. Successful performance of this position will require extensive planning technical background, excellent communication skills, and expertise in reviewing and processing development related applications such as re-zonings, subdivisions, master plans and technical site plan applications. Bachelor's Degree in Planning or closely related field (Master's Degree in Planning and AICP are preferred); supplemented by at least two to five years of professional planning experience with a similar public organization or land development consulting firm.
Salary : $51,113 - $74,120
