Scope: The City of Palm Coast is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors. The project shall consist of the construction of over 6,100-ft of new 4”-12” reclaimed / non-potable water main along a portion of the City’s dirt recreational trail. Construction will include a new irrigation pump station, connecting new mains to the existing irrigation pipeline, and reconfiguring piping and installing new bladder tanks and backflow preventers at four existing irrigation wells. Electrical and instrumentation construction will include a new pond level control fill valve, pond level measurement, instrumentation at the City’s WWTP and adding electrical actuators to two existing above grade 16” valves.
