Scope: The project consists of the construction of a new trailhead at the intersection of Royal Palms Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway which will provide a connection to the existing Lehigh Trail with access from the entrance and parking lot for the construction of a parking lot, signing and pavement markings, sidewalks, drainage improvements, Stormwater system, water fountain, bike rack, restroom building, fencing, shade coverings, landscaping, irrigation and lighting as well as alternates for a dog park and community gardens. The City of Palm Coast is seeking Bids from pre-qualified Contractors for Construction of the Lehigh Trailhead. Pre-qualified Contractors are those determined to be responsible and responsive in accordance to all requirements of this bid process. The Contractor will be required to fulfill monthly employment reporting obligations for their own workforce as well as the workforce of all subcontractors, including Construction Contract Compliance with Equal Opportunity (EEO), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Wages in accordance with FHWA – 1273 and Executive Order 11246.
