What's for dinner? Check out the tasty new supper items now being prepared at The Green Lion Café, the new restaurant at the City of Palm Coast's municipal Palm Harbor Golf Club, 100 Cooper Lane.

With breakfast and lunch continuously gaining praise and popularity, the restaurant has extended hours through dinner. Hours are now 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily at The Green Lion Café, which opened in November at Palm Harbor.

The Green Lion is a branch of the popular Golden Lion Restaurant in Flagler Beach, but with a delightfully different menu. Daily fresh-caught fish and on-site baked bread and desserts have become diner's favorites. The Café highlights specialties such as seafood pot pies, lobster claws, short ribs served over cheese grits and an amazing sticky toffee pudding. It accentuates standard fare like colossal shrimp, grilled steak, giant sandwiches and vegan/gluten free meals. Patrons can indulge in a charcuterie board of cheeses, meats, nuts and fruits for group sharing or a gourmet breakfast blend of bacon, eggs and grilled veggies offered for dinner.

"Everyone in Palm Coast will love our cuisine-driven dining and the serene atmosphere we have here overlooking the golf course," said Green Lion Head Chef Ramses Delao.

"Customer experience here is unlike anywhere else in this area," added General Manager Dan Keglo.

The restaurant is also a perfect spot for special gatherings like showers, weddings, and business and organization meetings. Of course, golf outings continue to be popular at all times of the day. But The Green Lion Café is not just for golfers - it's for anyone who loves to eat!
