City of Palm Coast Reiterates Department of Business and Professional Regulation Emergency Order 2020-10, Rescinding Suspension of On-Premises Consumption of Alcohol at Bars

Palm Coast - The City of Palm Coast reiterates the announcement from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation regarding emergency order 2020-10 filed Thursday, Sept. 10, rescinding the suspension of on-premises consumption of alcohol at bars statewide.

The emergency order was rescinded as of 12:01 a.m., Sept. 14.

Bars and other alcoholic beverage vendors may resume sales and service of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises with 50 percent capacity and seated service only.

The City of Palm Coast Community Development Department is working to communicate this new COVID-19 related development to the few business in city limits this affects.
