The following highlights took place at the Palm Coast City Council business meeting:
The City Council proclaimed March 31, 2020 as Equal Pay Day with participating members of the American Association of University Women.
The Parks & Recreation Department recognized volunteers who served the City of Palm Coast during the Palm Coast Open. As a token of appreciation, volunteers received a certificate and a signed tennis ball from Reilly Opelka that came from his matches during the Delray Beach Open.

Members of the 48th Citizens Academy class graduated during the March 3, 2020 business meeting and received certificates of completion. These residents spent five weeks visiting different locations throughout the city of Palm Coast and learning about all the departments in the organization. They were also treated to dinner each night and tours of City Hall, water treatment facilities and fire station headquarters.
