Housing Rehabilitation Program
The State of Florida awarded the City a $750,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to renovate home owner occupied housing that are in need of repairs to bring the home back up to minimum standards. Applicants must meet income requirements and other program requirements.
For example, a family of four, with an annual income less than $46,800 or an individual earning less than $32,800 could qualify for up to $80,000 of financial assistance renovate a home. Cosmetic repairs are not eligible.

Interested Individuals/Families
The City of Palm Coast application period is CLOSED. Financial assistance up to $80,000 will be available to qualified individuals/families through this program to renovate their home.
Applications are available for download below and also available at City and County offices. Please phone Valerie Bradley at 386-313-4037 to make an appointment to submit your application.

Interested Contractors for Rehabilitation Work
The City of Palm Coast is looking for contractors interested in working with the Community Development Block Grant Program to perform rehabilitation work. Contractors must pre-qualify in order to bid on rehabilitation work related to the Community Development Block Grant Program.
