Goals
- Attain an average time from advertisement of position vacancy to forwarding of eligible candidates to Department of no more than three days.
- Attain an average time from final selection by Department and notification of General Services to filling position vacancy of no more than one week.
- Attain an average twenty four hour turn around time from initial computer complaint/request to resolution.
- Attain a 100% satisfaction level with participants in city training program.
- Attain a 100% satisfaction level with users of information technology services.
- Reduce Workers Compensation Claims to no more than five per year.
