City of Palm Coast serves up 3rd annual Seafood Festival Nov. 2-4
Palm Coast, FL – Tasty seafood, champion sand-sculpting, crab races, carnival and a world-famous K-9 Frisbee dog show are among the many highlights of the City of Palm Coast's third annual Seafood Festival to be held Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 3 and 4, at Central Park at Town Center, 975 Central Ave., Palm Coast.
The Seafood Festival will be open noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, with gates opening at 11 a.m. both days. Admission is $3 (12 and under free); parking is free. The carnival will also be open Friday, Nov. 2, from 5 to 10 p.m.
New to the festival this year are an Arts & Crafts Show and the world champion Sand-Tastics Sand Sculpting team – who will spend the weekend creating a 25-ton massive sand sculpture featuring sea life and the new "Palm Coast & the Flagler Beaches" logo of the Flagler County Tourist Development Council.
In addition to those and dozens of seafood selections, activities will include live music, an antique and collector car show, dancing, remote control boat racing on the lake, National Crab Racing and carnival rides. A fireworks spectacular will be at dark on Saturday, Nov. 3. The full schedule of events includes:
