WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2012 HOLIDAY STARLIGHT PARADE ENTRIES

On Saturday, December 15th, the City of Palm Coast will proudly present their Holiday Starlight Parade, complete with colorful floats, talented marching bands and prizes for the top entries. The parade begins at 6pm in Central Park and all participants are encouraged to add lighted holiday displays to their floats. If your organization or business would like to have an entry in the Holiday Starlight Parade, we are accepting application on-line at http://palmcoastgov.com/paraderegistration. Deadline to register is November 30th. Don't be left out of the fun and excitement of celebrating with your community!

Prior to the Starlight Parade, The City of Palm Coast's Parks and Recreation Department will host a fun filled day at Central park starting at 12 noon. Visitors will enjoy a Holiday Kids Zone area featuring photos with Santa, holiday dance, music and crafts. This year's special event will highlight a 70 foot snow slide and snow play area.

UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) Click here to view the City's first Unified LDC adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008 under Ordinance # 2008-16.	CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-23 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008.
