Cypress Edge Drive Roadway Widening

On or about Monday, October 1, 2012 through Wednesday, October 31, 2012 P & S Paving, Inc. will commence construction activities involving the widening of a segment of Cypress Edge Drive. The project will commence at the northerly intersection of Cypress Point Parkway and Cypress Edge Drive and extend to the westerly driveway entrance of the recently opened Parkway Medical Plaza facility. The nature of improvements includes the construction of a continuous right turn lane as well as a bi-directional turn lane. In addition, the westerly driveway of the Wal-Mart facility which is presently a bi-directional driveway entry/exit will be converted into a right turn-in/right turn-out only. All bi-directional turns for the Wal-Mart facility will be channeled to the eastern most driveway.

It is the intent of the contractor to cause the businesses and business customers as little inconvenience as possible. To accomplish this objective, virtually all construction activities will be limited to night time hours. Your patience, understanding and cooperation during the construction period is appreciated. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) Click here to view the City's first Unified LDC adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008 under Ordinance # 2008-16.	CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-23 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008.
