NEED HELP TO PURCHASE YOUR DREAM HOME?

The City of Palm Coast is accepting applications from qualified individuals wishing to purchase their ideal family home. Rehabbed foreclosed homes are now being sold with up to $45,000 in available financial assistance through the National Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The City will hold a special informational workshop on Wednesday, October 3rd, 5:30 p.m. at the Flagler County Administration Building, 1769 E. Moody Blvd. in Bunnell. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) Click here to view the City's first Unified LDC adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008 under Ordinance # 2008-16.	CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-23 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008.
