LEARN HOW A GOLF TOURNAMENT CAN MAKE $$ FOR YOUR NON-PROFIT

Holding a golf tournament for your non-profit organization can be fun, creative, budget-friendly and financially rewarding! Learn how to create a successful tourney at a FREE seminar, lunch and round of golf, hosted by the Palm Harbor Golf Club on Friday, September 14th. A delicious lunch will be served at 1:00 p.m., followed by an engaging seminar and 9-holes of golf. Profitable tips on tournament procedures and planning, along with some select tips out on the golf course, will make your day truly memorable. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) Click here to view the City's first Unified LDC adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008 under Ordinance # 2008-16.	CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-23 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008. The amended Official Zoning Map went into effect November 16, 2008 (90 days after adoption). To view the Official Zoning Map adopted on August 19, 2008, visit Community Development on this website.
