Palmwood Drive and Parkview Drive Road Closure

On Monday July 23rd 2012, the City of Palm Coast Utility Department will commence rehabilitation activities on the lift station at the intersection of Palmwood Drive and Parkview Drive. Parkview Drive will be closed and limited to local traffic only. Limits of construction are shown below. It is estimated that the construction time will be 1 week.

It is the Utility Department's intent to cause the residents in this area as little inconvenience as possible. Your patience, understanding, and cooperation during the construction period are appreciated. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) Click here to view the City's first Unified LDC adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008 under Ordinance # 2008-16.	CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-23 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008.
