When was the last time you visited one of the local shops in Palm Coast, Flagler Beach or Bunnell to make a purchase? It's time to return.

Small Business Saturdays will be launched on August 4th, dedicated to driving residents to shop at our local mom and pop retail stores. A successful local shopping day will boost sales, community spirit and confidence for our Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and Bunnell business owners and will most definitely fuel the local economy. Various shops will offer special promotions on Small Business Saturday, so watch the local media for ads from your favorite stores.

Make a genuine contribution to our local economy, show your support for our business owners and plan to purchase quality goods right here on Saturday, August 4th. A prosperous shopping day will ensure the program will continue through 2012. Small Business Saturday is sponsored by the Palm Coast Business Assistance Center and the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce and Affiliates. UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) Click here to view the City's first Unified LDC adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008 under Ordinance # 2008-16.	CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-23 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008.
