Vendor Permit Application

All businesses with a business address in Palm Coast should have a current Local Business Tax Receipt. This allows you to be a vendor in our City Events.

Businesses that are located outside of our City limits will need to obtain a Temporary Vendor's Permit to partake in City Events. Simply fill out the form below and bring your payment to City Offices, 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite B-106. The fee for the temporary Vendors permit is $25.00. There is a limit of 3 permits a year.

In addition to City business tax licenses, there is a $25.00 Arbor Day participation fee for vendors selling products. For more information contact Carol Bennett at 386-986-3722.
